  1. I really enjoyed your presentation! I didn't know who Ginsberg was before this presentation and now I feel like I know loads about who he was and what he was passionate about. I enjoyed how you included his poem "Howl" instead of just mentioning it and moving on. You all did well presenting in front of all of us for the time but I feel the best part was when Ruksana started talking about her topic. Maybe it was just me, but I felt like I was transported into a Ted Talk about Ginsberg. You could really tell how passionate you were about what you were talking about! The only thing I think could be worked on for future presentation would maybe not repeating the same information multiple times? I felt as if I was hearing some things over and over again but it might be attributed to nervousness for being the first group to go. Over all, excellent job! :)

  2. The presentation was very informative. It was interesting hearing about his participation in the stonewall riots and his journey to legalize pot. I really enjoyed the comparison with John Lennon the fact that they had different movements and goals but respected each others work. The pictures illustrating the flower power movement was powerful and added to the depth of the concept. The video of his poem really added depth with his voice. A handout of the poem would have been helpful in following his reading of it. Overall very informative of his visionary movements.

  3. You guys did really really well on your presentation. I really loved how you guys used the use of pictures and videos to help portray Ginsberg really well. The clip you played about Howl really helped me learn about Ginsberg as a person. He was a truly inspiring visionary and I am glad you guys did him so I can learn about him!

  4. I really liked your presentation! I thought it was neat to hear his voice reciting "Howl" and all the language he had used to describe what he felt he was surrounded by. I have never heard of him before, but I have always been very interested in the "hippie" culture. To me, it was definitely worth listening to you guys.

  5. I had no idea who he was before the beginning of this presentation. It was very obvious that you guys did a lot of research on Allen. You guys knew a lot more than what was only on the slide. You went into other topics that has to do with him while keeping the class very engaged. You guys showed a sense of mastery when it came to this topic. I think you guys did a very good job with presentation!

  6. I thought you guys did a really good job on your presentation. It felt much longer than it went on for, but you guys did a really good job with the pictures, so much so I got a sense of who he was without the facts and info that was presented. My only criticism was when facts were listed on the slides, there were a lot of them and they were small font size, so I tended to get lost trying to read them rather then listen to you guys talk.

  7. I really enjoyed this presentation. You all had plenty to say other than what was on the slide. I really liked that we got to hear him read part of his poem. I didn't know who he was before this presentation and I feel between the pictures and the research you guys did I could tell someone else about him.
